With a talented team of chefs, the catering is headed up by Ronnie Murray.
Ronnie joined Camm and Hooper after working in many of London’s top restaurants, including J Sheekey, The Ivy and Scott’s of Mayfair, where he was on the launch team. Ronnie previously spent seven years as Executive Group Chef for Hix Restaurants, looking after everything from daily changing restaurant menus to intimate dinners and festival catering.
Ronnie builds delicious dishes around the best seasonal ingredients. ‘I like to make the ingredients the star,’ he says. ‘I love to showcase fantastic meat, fish and vegetables. We’ve got so much fantastic produce in Britain, let’s look on our doorstep before we go further.’
