Our kitchen is headed up by Lucas Gardiner. Both Caroline Gardiner & Alan Lucas have a wealth of experience in the catering industry, sourcing ingredients straight from the British Isles and using only seasonal produce. They have worked within the creative events & catering industry for years and know the exact requirements to make sure every event runs smoothly. From conception through to execution, be prepared to wow your guests.
